It can take us up to 48 hours to confirm eligibility and approve your unlock request after you initially submit it online.
Why exactly are you requesting that we cancel your unlock request?
Also, please keep in mind that if you don't follow the link in your confirmation email within 24 hours, your unlock request will be automatically canceled.
At that time, you will have the opportunity to start over and Submit a new unlock request by following the steps at the link provided.

On November 15 on the site at&t sent a request to unlock my iPhone.
I bought this iPhone second-hand in Ukraine.
I sent a request, I received a letter at the mail, but I forgot to confirm the request. And now my request is all the time in the "Current Status - Pending" more than 6 days.
When I try to make a new request - I get a response that I have a valid request.
The site says that the response to the request is received after 48 hours.
Please advise what can be done to unlock my iPhone?
If possible, duplicate the answer to my e-mail box [email scrubbed].

It's been 3 months, and my request is still in the "Current Status - Pending" status
Who can tell me the e-mail? Where can I write on the request? Repeated request the system does not allow to make as the current one is active, and the link does not work (
I do not understand how tech support works at all?
