Cancelled order but no refund

I put in an order over the phone for an IPhone XR  because I want to switch to AT&T I got an email on July 26th saying the ordered was cancelled because they couldn’t verify my identity. It has now been 11 days and the refund for the down payment and taxes has not been put through and everytime I call at&t they say they are transferring me but then the call disconnects this has happened now 4 times in a row. I just want my money back so I can replace the order but that this point I am rethinking going with AT&T!!! ( My email and the order number is pasted below)

  • Just scroll to the bottom of the page and select prefer to chat.
