buy cell phone

I purchased a new cell phone, I was going to hand over my old one, but I ended up giving up, I'm going to keep both cell phones, they are both paid in 36 installments, I would like to know if I keep both, could they block my line or can I pay the two normally?

If you’re doing a next up trade-in where you send in your not-paid off old phone for the new phone, they would charge you the full remaining balance of the old phone in one lump sum if you didn’t return it.

The only way you can pay for two phones on installments is if you have two phone lines which you are also paying for. That's kind of expensive, but it's up to you.

Yeah I'd say you've left out some information. If you've paid halfway through one phone you either have to return it or they charge you the remaining 18 payments on the bill

Let's help answer your questions @vinidevz.

If you want to keep both your devices, you can continue to pay your monthly installments or choose to pay off the remaining balance to own them. We hope this clarifies things, if you still need help please don't hesitate to let us know, so we can assist you further.

I want to know if I keep both, will I have to pay the amount in cash for my old one or will I continue paying in installments and my name will also pay in installments?

Hi @vinidevz,

In terms of your inquiry I would like to inform you that, if you want to keep both your devices, you can continue to pay your monthly installments.

I hope this information helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,

@vinidevz Note that you can only have 1 installment plan on a given phone number.  So if you were on installments for your phone, and get a new phone on installments on that line, you have to pay off the previous installment plan.
