AT&T WONT UNLOCK MY IPHONE
i have tried everything with at&t . spend hours on the phone. they keep making excuse after excuse after excuse to give me a reason as to why they couldn’t unlock my iphone. im going to get a lawyer at this point because this is MY property. it is fully paid and still can’t get unlocked?

Did you use the online unlocking portal? Is it coming back that there is still a balance due, even though it’s paid off? Did you meet all the eligibility requirements, such as minimum time of active service?

yes , i tried everything and no, there is no balance due. yes i meet all the requirements. i don’t know why they won’t unlock it.
