ATT UNLOCK DEVICE IS SHOWING CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS AFTER 4 DAYS SINCE I CONFIRMED THE MAIL

Hello, i am not a ATT service customer but i bought a phone that the network is locked on ATT,  and since 4 days i've made a unlock request and i am still  waiting for the ATT server to unlock my  Iphone 7, but it tells me that my request is currently in progress i will be so thanksful to anyone who will give me them help.
