Advanced Tech Support
Has anyone else had a problem with Advanced Tech Support not getting back to you? I’ve had a USH ticket open since November 3 and haven’t heard anything. I’ve tried to call, but customer support can’t seem to get me to the right place. I’ve tried chatting and I’ve been promised a phone call back on two different occasions.

I have had a similar situation in which I have ALWAYS had to call them back. They have NEVER returned a call to followup. My case is almost 2 years old.
