Active prepaid 6 months but denied unlock request

I purchased in full and activated an iphone SE on September 11th and have had it on autopay prepaid service since that day. On March 12th I submitted a request to have it unlocked since it has now been active everyday for 6 months - but I received an email saying it needs to be active for 6 months and can't be unlocked. Who can I contact about this?

Is there an ATT rep that can address this, or is this a FTC issue and I contact them?

Call At&t and speak with tech support.

Thanks - but I prefer an ATT support rep response to this inquiry here. Thank you.

This is a customer populated forum, not AT&T support.  In the unlikely case you do get a comment from a CSR it will include the standard, by the book responses.  Good luck with that.

OR

You could search the forum to see what worked for others, (including myself) which is calling tech support.
