30 Day Wait Time

After spending nearly 20 hours on the phone with ATT support numbers, I was finally able to disassociate the fraud claim and the blacklist from my phone that I paid for brand new from ATT four years ago. Now when I go to unlock it on the website it says "You've tried to unlock this device too many times. Wait 30 days." I don't have 30 days to wait. I've spent a month already without my phone and it's kept me from applying for my college scholarships and communicating with my boss at work can I please get some help.
