Why is AT&T suspending my Phone line which I used for my business and keeping it hostage by not allowing me to take it to another carrier

In the last 2 months, I've been able to use my phone for about a week AT&T. Keeps suspending my Phone line saying that the line is reported as Spam. It is my business line my clients call me on. So I've been losing work. They've been single little handedly. Destroying my business which I'm trying to create and putting me in the gutterevery time I call cricket, they give me a 1 800 number.  To call AT&T fraud department, I get a recorded message so I leave my message. They say they'll call back in 48 hours. They never call back. Nobody at AT&T can help me. Nobody at cricket can help me why is my phone being suspended? Every other day I have to fight to get it on. And now they won't even turn it on but.  I get, I'm losing my mind. They're my. I'm so stressed out I can't even think right

If you are not getting this resolved through normal support, or any response back from the fraud department you left a message on, than I say it is time for a BBB complaint. That sends it up higher which normally results in contact back from their Office of the President within a few business days. Hopefully they can get this sorted out for you.

They have suspending my phone and I fight for like a whole day to get it back on just to have him suspend it the next day again. This phone is my business phone, I'm a handyman. All my clients in contacts. Call me on this phone I don't have all their numbers so I can't call them all back to tell them I had to have a metro PC s phone so. I can have service because AT&T won't give me the service I'm paying for.  They won't do anything for me between AT&T cricket. They just run me in circles, I'm to the point where. I'm feeling like doing something very drastic to the company. So that way they could see my point. Because they don't give a f*** about me or my problems which they are creating. They are single handily destroyed my businesses

There's a difference between having your phone a service suspended, which typically would be for non-payment, or a problem with the phone.

That's not the same thing as having your phone number listed as "spam caller"

Which is it?  It's going to be more difficult for the problem to resolved if you're identifying the problem incorrectly

I don't think this guy has any clue what's going on. If his phone is being suspended on a daily basis by AT&T, it's not because of spam. More likely it's because the phone has been reported as lost or stolen. They'll keep unsuspending it because they don't see the problem, and then they'll suspend it again within a day.
