Surface duo Request for Simlock Removal
I bought surfaceduo from Amazon USA.
I have applied for the Simlock release.
I received a confirmation email, but I overlooked it and 24 hours passed and the status was pending.
I made a new request to unlock, but the status is still pending and they won't accept it.
What should I do?

2, Go to the AT&T simlock removal website and submit the removal request.

3, I received an email after I applied.
(24 hours to confirm your unlock request)
4, I hadn't noticed the email and the link had expired.
( Hmm ... That confirmation link was only good for 24 hours.)
5, https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/ I tried to apply again, but the application status is pending and will not be accepted.

How can I change the status of my sim lock from pending?

Since you did not accept the e-mail conformation within the 24 hour time frame, you will need to wait for the pending request to time out. This normally takes about 30 days to do. You will then need to submit another request at that time.
