Sign into network
I keep getting a message saying sign into network.when I click on it it takes me to website (redirect.ac.sl.attcompute.com) And that site says ur network connection was unsuccessful. And now my phone is being slow and haveing trouble loading internet browser.my phone type is a aixes 8.0.1 model QS5509A. How do I fix this problem?

Thank you for reaching out on this. Let's do a restart on your device to make a fresh connection and see if that helps. Press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Restart.
If this doesn't do the trick, could you tell us if this is a prepaid or postpaid account?
