From your smartphone, tablet, laptop/PC go to https://soc.att.com/2gVSCoq. Locate at the top ft the Web page Claim Status to cancel, or you can speak to Asurion by calling 888.562.8662.
Please let us know if you successfully canceled your insurance claim.

As we do not have your information, we need you to go to the webpage https://soc.att.com/2xFGPEy and go to Claim Status, then select Cancel. Or you can call Asurion at 888-562-8662.
