Promotion Discount Issue
Hello,
I already spoke to att chat but not getting anywhere. I sent my trade as a part of $800 promotion deal towards my new device. As of today, the promotion is still not applied.
Please advise.

Has it been 3 months since your purchase and trade-in were complete? Credits for promotions to take approximately 90 days to apply and are applied in equal parts over 36 months. You would be looking for a credit of $22.23. When the credits begin you would receive credits for the missing months.
Are you on the required unlimited data plan? You are required to be on an unlimited data plan that is eligible for phone promotions. The minimum plan that is currently offered is the starter plan. Metered plans and Value plus plan are expressly excluded from phone deals.
Do you have documentation for your trade-in? For example pictures of the label and a receipt from the post office when you mailed your phone. Or a paper receipt from the store if you did your trade in at an AT&T store?
