We'll be happy to assist you with your device @Jhall59.

There are a few things you need to do if you feel that your phone has been hacked.

  • You'll need to do a factory reset. Back up any pictures or other files you want to keep. Then go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Delete all (this may vary based on which specific Android device you have; if this doesn't guide you to your device's factory reset screen, let us know what phone you have and we can offer specialized guidance).
  • Change all of your passwords, particularly for sensitive accounts such as your email and any financial accounts.
  • Set up two-factor authentication on your Google Account.

After you've reset your device and set up new passwords, download the AT&T Mobile Security app. The Basic Security app is included with every plan and includes device security and breach reports. The Plus version ($3,99/month) includes that plus identity monitoring services, public Wi-Fi protection, and theft alerts.

Please let us know if this helps you resolve the matter. Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community.

Sorry about that but If you look at my followers it's me following myself and evidently I can get no help here and  as far as the thousands you said it would take to clone a phone come to find out you can do it for the price of a burner phone and someone who knows a little bit about networks and IP addresses
