NUMBERSYNC ISSUE - SAMSUNG Tab 7e (Yes, from AT&T)

I was thrilled that my NUMBERSYNC started working when I upgraded to this tablet. About 4 weeks ago it stopped and now I'm back to " no E911 address entered".  I've tried everything to be able to Re-enter the address. I don't see how to do that on my tablet.  Please help!

Is your phone connected to Wi-Fi for e911?

Is number sync still working on the phone?

Yes, both have WIFI and the tablet has Numbersync shown under Managed Accounts. When I attempt to login it connects to AT&T, sends a text to my phone with number identification for verification. When it attempts to finish the connect it displays "Invalid_client" message.  

I've gone online to my AT&T account and it shows my E911 address correctly for all of our cell phones but the tablet shows NONE. I cannot enter the address on the account  directly.

As I mentioned it worked fine until 4 or 5 weeks ago.
