The ability to easily text message on your device can be so beneficial. When this feature is displaying errors, it can be a cause for concern! I personally use my texting for most of my communication needs.
Since the issue started, have you attempted to reboot your device? By powering your phone off and back on, this can assist the device in refreshing its connection to our network.
Is the inability to text only affecting specific numbers? Are you trying to send a picture message? I would recommend checking out our helpful Device Support tool. Select your make and model phone, then click on View all Solutions to get started. Please ensure all your message settings are enabled.
If you are still experiencing outbound messaging problems, I suggest running your device through our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. This great feature will check additional steps for a resolution.
