I received the same update. The only thing I noticed is that it seems to be reducing my battery life noticeably. I still need to do more testing but it looks like the Android System is now consuming considerably more power when the phone isn't even being used.

ATTHelp, I have the same question as Producer. What changed between the previous software/firmware version of H8020a to the new version of H8020c. The only thing noticeable is that it introduced excessive power use. There was no update to Android OS or to security patches, so what changed? This phone already had marginal but acceptable battery life, this patch has made things worse.
