Can't make or receive calls

My prepaid phone bill gets automatically renewed every month, and today my phone should have rolled over. I confirmed that you guys withdrew the month, just as you do every month. For whatever reason I haven't been able to make phone calls for the last several hours which is extremely frustrating. Phone isn't in airplane mode. There isn't anything different with my network settings. I've shut my phone off and tried restarting several times. Every time I try to make a phonecall it just acts like it's making a call but never starts ringing and eventually just disconnects. I have max bars and am at home so it's not a service issues. I need this resolved immediately because this is ridiculous . I've been having a lot of issues like this where I'm unable to make phone calls on and off for the past month or two.

Your phone is fine. A tower is out in your area. Dont buy a new phone or bother getting a new sim card like I did. Local stores are not informed and nobody at stores or on customer support line knew anything about it. The tower in my area was out 3 weeks and no apologies. Unacceptable, ATT.
