Callers calling me get o58T error instead of my voicemail if I do not answer
When anyone calls my phone (and if I call my phone from a different device) and I am not availably to answer, instead of getting my voicemail to leave me a message they get a "call cannot be completed as dialed o58t error.
I saw on your help forum website where others were having the same issue and the solution for many was to contact you here and have you do a "voicemail box reset" for me. The other solutions such as turning off my phone for at least 10 seconds (I did it for 20 seconds) and restarting it, and resetting my voicemail password did not resolve my issue.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G.

BetinaJessen, Not yet, but I was out of pocket for 3 days so I couldn't reply to the PM last sent to me about this. As soon as I get a resolution I will post it here to let you and others know.

I've got the same issue. How do I fix it? I tried the shutting down my phone for 30sec. Didn't work.

FYI: I was never able to get my issue resolved. A AT&T rep worked with me back and forth for several days on this. She reset my voicemail several times and we tried everything she could think of without success. I got busy and had to table my issue but I was so discouraged I never followed back up on this.
