Caller Name ID

Keep getting the following message, "Unfortunately, Caller Name ID Stopped" which will not let me make or take any phone calls. Please help. I have a Motorola Moto G Phone.

Being able to make a phone call in this day and age is extremely important I have a few steps I recommend taking to help with the Caller ID and not being able to make phone calls. Let’s go ahead and get started shall we!
 
One thing I highly recommend doing is making sure your Motorola Moto G is currently running the most up to date software. Once you’ve completed the software update, another great trick is doing a network settings reset. On your device go to, Settings > Backup & Reset > Tap on Network Settings Reset our Device Support Article has some other ways to reset your device, only select master/factory as a last resort.

with ATT caller name ID, when the cell phone rings and I decide to take the call I know I say "answer" and get connected to caller. If I do not want to answer the caller, what word do I use? "ignore" "refuse" , what??? thank you
