"Call cannot be completed at this time" ONLY from our ATT Cell Phones
Hello, I have been trying to call my credit union from my ATT Cell Phone at 800.252.6950 however, I get this error message regardless of location/time. I then called it from my business phone (not ATT) and it goes right through as you would expect. I need to be able to contact my credit union for payments and such. Please help.

Just a thought. Are you dialing 800-xxx-xxxx or 1-800-xxx-xxxx?

Are you inside the United States or outside? 800 numbers only work inside the United States, or via WiFi calling.
Or perhaps the phone lines at your credit union are tied up. Or you were calling after hours. Or you were calling when their phone system was down.

Thanks for your reply, I'm in WI. That doesn't make sense that I can call them from my work phone at the same time, it is fine every time. But, from my ATT phone, it ALWAYS goes to that error message.

Mine is going this currently.
phone worked fine before 12 (lunch) today. I ran out to Walmart around 2, tried to call out to my mother in law, phone calls won’t go out. My phone works fine, internet works, text work, I am getting incoming calls. I just cannot do outgoing calls. I called AT&T and they were pretty much no help and told me they didn’t know what was going on other than I probably don’t have service. I literally had 3 bars and 5g. If I didn’t have service, my internet and texting wouldn’t work either. Makes no sense?
I restarted my phone. Reset network settings. Both multiple times. So frustrating.

@morganrobinette18 Did you try dialing a 1 before the number?
For the original number 800.252.6950, I get the same message without a 1, but with a 1 and dial 1.800.252.6950, I reach the credit union.
I can't say this is the same problem you have, but it is the solution to the post that you commented on...
