At&t all access Android app won't log in
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted device etc however when I enter my pin to login to the app it just hangs with the message logging into att.com/mygophone. I can log in using chrome perfectly well. Any ideas?

I understand the confusion of having an app not work on a device, but yet work on a desktop. Definitely I can help!
Thank you for letting me know which troubleshooting steps you have already done! It helps narrow down what the next step will be. One thing it could be is the app needs to be updated. To do this, please go to the Google PlayStore app > Search for the app > Select Update if the option is available.
Another step I recommend doing is updating the phone’s software. Our Device Support Page has a great step-by-step guide on how to do it. After choosing your device’s make and model, please go to Tutorials > System & Storage > Software Version.
