Acess public wifi
Have android galaxy note 3. Whether I am at airport, McDonalds or any site that offers "free wifi", it connects for a few seconds and then disconnects. It has done this for a year. Is it a security setting that kicks me off?

Sorry you are having issues, it is frustrating when you keep getting kicked off wifi! Are you running the 4.3 software? You can go into settings then about phone for the software version.

Not that I advise ever using public wifi, but when you see a notification you connected, it should redirect you to a website to accept terms and conditions.
Only ATT wifi will allow you to connect automatically if you have the smart wifi app enabled on your phone.
