SMS/MMS over wifi calling not sending or receiving messages
Here it is March 29, 2024. I have been having this problem since the first of the year. I have read numerous posts/forums about this same issue, none having any solution. Probably wishful thinking, but has anything new come up to help remedy this problem? I have never had an issue with texting over wifi calling until the 1st of this year? Once I get cellular connection or go into town, I may receive most or all of the messages I have missed at home. Phone works great in 5G LTE area of service. I'm at my wits end. Have gone back and forth with Xfinity and AT&T pointing fingers at each other. No fixes or suggestions from either. Receive AT&T error message #332.

We hear you, and we would like to offer all the help we can to send/receive messages.
We would suggest turning off advanced messaging in the settings which should allow you to send/receive messages over Wi-Fi. You can use our device support to get instructions according to the device.
