Prepaid account ebb

Have you activated the SIM card? 

It says that the sim was activated already. I'm not 100 % sure tho and I can't call at&t with no phone service

Have you tried 611 or borrow a phone to call? Put your old sim back in the phone and call. What make model of phone?

You'll need to finish the process online with activating your prepaid device by following the prompts and inserting the required information. (IMEI and SIM card number) 

If this step still doesn't help you'll need to visit the nearest retail location so that an agent can help you get connected on our network.
