PAY GO ONLINE DOWN

I am getting "server cannot be found" for the at&t prepaid website paygonline.com on every single browser I try. Safari, chrome etc. I have tried clearing the cache and dns. No where does at&t say the site is down. This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating and I cant access my prepaid account any other way. Every other at&t website is working except for this one. I cant access my account. Please help now.

Not down for me. “Server cannot he found” usually means a DNS issue. You sure you’ve got a valid url? Try this one:

Hi Beckace22, We understand how important it is to have access to your account and make a payment!

Please let us know if you have already attempted switching browsers and clearing your cookies and cache on your browser settings as provided by the previous customer to reset your online access.

Sign In to your account to make a payment or pay by phone by calling 611 from your AT&T PREPAID phone or call 800.901.9878 from another phone and follow the prompts to make a payment. Check out more ways to Make A Payment On Your Prepaid Account, to pay off your Prepaid balance.

Also, dial *777# on your phone’s keypad and we'll send a free text with your account and feature balances. Refill your account with an AT&T Prepaid card by dialing 888 + your AT&T PREPAID card number or PIN + #, then press Send (example: *888*1234567899874#) on your keypad.

Let us know if this helps! Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community!
