Make a Payment failed with "We are currently experiencing an issue processing payments."

I tried to make a payment with my debit card, but it said that "We are currently experiencing an issue processing payments. Please try your request again later. No other services are impacted."

So what should I do next to active my prepaid plan?

I have already tried what you said on this page https://www.att.com/support/prepaid/?cv=821%23fbid&_gl=1*5lb511*_gcl_au*MTc0ODg3MTY2NC4xNzE1MTk5NzEx

None of them work, what a waste of time to me!

Hey there @pww_pj, we'd be happy to help you with making a payment towards your AT&T Prepaid account.

We'd advise for you to use a different browser and try to do the following:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Under Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account, select Pay.
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay and select Continue.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

If you're using an prepaid card to make a payment:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
  2. Select Make a Payment.
  3. Scroll to AT&T PREPAID Refill Card and enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card.
  4. Select Continue. You'll see a payment confirmation.

Lastly, you also have the option to pay by phone, just call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone or call 800.901.9878 from another phone:

  1. At the main menu, say Payment
  2. Select Make a payment.
  3. Choose either debit card, credit card, or refill card.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. For a refill card, you'll enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card or from the PIN receipt.

Feel free to follow the above steps and let us know how this worked for you!

Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community.
