We got you, let's get you the help you need.
A prepaid line gets cancelled automatically if not paid, so all you need to do is ignore the bill and your prepaid line will get cancelled.
Ensure that you disable auto-pay so that your bill does not go through automatically.
Stop AutoPay Online ATT
If you manage your account online, you can also stop autopay by logging into your account:

I would like to cancel auto payment. I got prepaid SIM card and I want to cancel it .
