Billing Account Number
Hello, I know I need to call 611 to access my billing account number, but it not clear how I navigate the menu to reach someone who can give me the number. What do I need to select from the main menu to get my billing account number?

Just an FYI, prepaid has no bill.
Account number is accessed if you call 611. Not knowing the menu, I can't suggest anything else if you call.
Supposedly, you can access through myATT.
If you log into myATT website with the email listed on your prepaid account, as long as it’s Verified, use the same password you use for paygonline, it will then prompt you to change it. Once you’re logged in, you can see your prepaid account number on the main page.
