Wrong email

I originally signed up for a package deal for $113 a month! Come to find out I cannot get the package after they installed it. I now have three separate bills. I have been promised to put two of them on one bill and it hasn’t happened! I have problems paying bill each month because of all the accounts! I had problems setting up accounts! I can’t use my wifi or internet that I pay $40 a month because it doesn’t work most of the time because of the 1.5 speed! That is why I couldn’t get my Uverse phone and have to have a hard land line! I have lost all my customers because of the internet and WiFi! I can’t watch Netflix or Hulu because of the WiFi! It doesn’t work on my phone or tablets! Everytime I call I just get sent from one person to another every month! I have had nothing but terrible experiences and service since day one! I want out! How can I go back to my old company without owning you guys because you didn’t give me anything I signed up for! And, this internet is the worst thing I’ve ever seen! My grandkids won’t stay over because they hate my WiFi and internet! I can’t even fax with! It’s destroying everything! And, it’s not fair and shouldn’t be legal that I’m paying for something I can’t use!!
