View and download call history

Uverse phone should be in home phone section... Moving

The call log is only for digital service, not for traditional landlines.  Are you sure you have AT&T Phone, formerly known as U-verse? If you do have digital service and the Website isn't working you'll need to contact tech support.

There are some steps I would recommend trying. Let’s get started!

• Sign into AT&T, make sure you are viewing the Account Overview tab.
• From there click onto "My Wireless" then select "My Usage".
• Scroll down, you will see "Usage by Number".
• To the right, AT&T will list all of the Devices on this plan, click "View more Usage Details and options" for the phone you want to review.
• Then click "See Data, Text and Talk Logs". It takes a few seconds to load up the information.
• You can change the "Device" name or "Billing Period" while in this module. You can also print or download the file.

If the call history is further back than your device has, I would recommend going online to att.com and signing into your account.  By doing this you can look at your call history, the phone numbers you called and how long the call was. Go to billing & payments, open the month you want and scroll down till you see the call history.

Only other way to pull a call history on besides going into your device or online would be going into your local AT&T Company store. You can go to our Store Locator Tool, type in your City, State and Zip Code.

This is for my ancient: Samsung SGH-i257 (Wireless Phone) 

...so NOT a "Landline" or "Uverse phone" (whatever that is?)

I've always done the "Paper billing" as it use to list all the calls, I'm sure that providing that info on that paper bill is too difficult for AT&T - now?

The link you provided is for digital home phone service. That's why it was assumed that's what you were asking about since you didn't state it was for wireless service. Back to wireless.
