Veterans discount

Hello,

I just found out that AT&T offers a military discount to active military members as well as veterans. I am a veteran of the United States Navy and was wondering how I would go about adding this benefit to my account.

Thank you for your time. Have a great day!

This page indicates going to an AT&T Corporate Store...

Veterans, please visit a local store and bring your DD form 214, AmVets membership card or Veteran's ID card for an AT&T associate to validate in our system. Mention FAN code 4085530.

More information on this page...

Thank you for your service...

IMHO you're best bet is to stop by a local AT&T Corporate Store and ask.

I don't know about anyone else but I've been to 2 corporate stores and made 4 calls to AT&T about getting a veterans discount and no one would accept my DD214, they said it has to be a military ID card. I've been out of the Navy 34 years, we didn't get military cards upon discharge, your DD214 was all you needed. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here because I'm disgusted at this point,  thanks.

@Naecrp Make sure you go to an ATT corporate store. If they still won't accept the DD214, show them this: https://www.att.com/offers/discount-program/military-discount/.

Military veterans: Department of Defense Form DD214 indicating an honorable discharge or a valid retired military ID or current AMVETS membership card. A veteran designated driver’s license or Veteran Health Insurance card are also acceptable.

If you still have an issue after showing them their own web site, contact @ATTMobilityCare via private message.

Hello! Does AT&T have to scan the military ID? My card is pretty worn out and The barcode may not be readable
