User cannot get AT&T Call Protect or Mobile Security app to complete registering
We have a user who despite several install/uninstalls can never get the apps to finish registering after putting her phone number in. We have also turned the feature on and off using the AT&T Premiere site.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this for the user?
