Transfer ATT landline phone number to ATT Wireless phone

I had a ATT landline phone number for a number of years, but was not able to transfer it to my new home. Ten years later, that number has never been reassigned and continues to be "no longer in service". Is it possible to get that number back and use it on an ATT Wireless phone?

Yes, I do have an active ATT landline at my home, and I would like to keep that service/number intact. I also have DirectTV, UVerse internet, and four lines of ATT Wireless service.
