Switcher Program
I am in the same position as the others that were deceptively tempted to switch from Verizon to ATT. I first had to make more that 5 hrs of phone discussions to get credit for the phones I turned in, which is only about half of what I was supposed to get to settle my final bills with Verizon. I paid $2000 to VERIZON to switch, so far I have only received about $800 from ATT. 11 weeks later I am still waiting on the rest. Of course, I haven't heard a word from ATT or the company Young America (who I had no intention on dealing with)!!!!
I am going to make contact with the Texas Attorney General's office tomorrow!!! I should not have to work this hard to receive my money back!!! Shame on you ATT!!!

I received this text today: AT&T Free Msg: Your rebate request has been received. You will be notified when it has been mailed. Please allow up to 8 weeks for processing.
Maybe this text is a result of your action today-PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE EXACT MESSAGE THAT I RECEIVED ON JULY 8th. I refuse to accept that I have to wait an additional 8 weeks!!!!

You can check the status of your Switcher Rebate by going to here, and selecting “Check Status” at the top of the page!
If you’ve yet to upload your final bill to us, simply select “Get Started now” on that page instead.
