Hello @aw0090, we hope everything is going well with you!

Thank you for reaching out to us, we want to help shed some light on International Day Pass and give you a clarity on the same.

The International Day Pass applies to your line it covers land roaming expenses in covered countries at $10 per day. There is a cap of 10 charges/$100 per bill cycle.

Learn more about our International Day Pass. (https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1175103/)

  • Be sure you have an AT&T unlimited, AT&T 4GB, or Mobile Share plan.
  • Pay a daily fee for each 24-hour period that you talk, text, or use data within an included country. Only one daily fee is charged even when you travel to multiple included countries in the same day. The daily fee applies to each line on your account using International Day Pass.
    • For 1 line, it’s $10 a day.
    • For each additional line on the same account used in the same 24-hour period, there’s a daily charge of $5.
    • You'll never pay more than 10 daily fees per line, per bill period.
    • You can see a list of included countries. (https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1395068/)

We want to ensure the problem is resolved, and that is our top priority, we are here to help until we do so.
