Need Help Contacting AT&T from an AT&T Phone
Hi there,
I'm trying to get in touch with AT&T customer service, but I'm not sure what number to call from my AT&T phone. Can anyone guide me on how to contact AT&T customer service through my AT&T phone? Do I need to dial a specific number or press certain buttons to reach them?

You can dial 611 on your AT&T phone, or call the customer service number that is on AT&T’s web page from any phone.

611 works for all you as service providers. If the user was in the United States they would know this
