MyATT app won’t load account overview
When I open the MyATT app, it says retrieving account info, but then it won’t load the info. I only get 3 gray flashing bars where the information is supposed to be displayed. The other areas/icons on the bottom will load (shop, support, more) but not overview. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, still won’t load. Is there an app team i can contact?

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why your myAT&T app isn't loading correctly.
Does this also occur when you sign in to myAT&T on our desktop website?
Please let us know.
In the meantime, we recommend that you delete and reinstall the myAT&T app on your wireless device to see if that resolves the issue.

My phone is doing the same thing. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, deleted my log in info, re-entered my log in info and still nothing. It is really frustrating when I’m trying to pay my bills.

I am having the same issue for months now. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I cleared the data and cache just today since I had not tried that. No change. I even unplugged my router all night last night. Mostly in an attempt to get my boys offline and in bed since my app is not working. Again no change. I have no issues connecting to the router or my att website and making payments online. It is isolated to an app issue. I have an android phone. Galaxy S22 with the latest updates. Can someone please point me to a solution that works because I need access to my Internet controls so my 13 to 17 year old kids will sleep at night.
