Mobile Security Active Armor Invalid email?

I'm trying to finish set up, but when I try to put in my email on Active Armor I get an error telling me my email isn't valid. Since when is a gmail email address invalid?

Hello @Nilokeras, we understand the importance of setting up mobile security on your device we can help you with your ActiveArmor app.

 

A common reason for the invalid email error is an extra space after your email address is entered in. Backspace after your email address to ensure that there is no extra space after. This may also mean that a Software update is needed for the device. 

  1. Go to Settings on your device and tap General.
  2. Tap Software Update and make sure you have the latest version. If you don’t, update it now.
  3. Close settings and open the App Store.
  4. Tap Updates, and select Update next to AT&T Mobile Security app.

All AT&T wireless customers are eligible. To benefit from free AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security, you must have:

 

      • AT&T Wireless or AT&T PREPAID service.

      • iPhone 6 or newer with iOS version 12+ or higher or an Android smartphone with OS 11+ or higher purchased through AT&T.

      • HD Voice-capable smartphone.

 

In some instances, you may need to unistall and reinstall the ActiveArmor app. Make sure you have removed the Call protect app if you previously had it installed. Try the steps above to resolve the error you are receiving.

Nope...no backspace, software up to date, at&t wireless and Samsung s23 ultra purchased through att...still telling me my email address I've had forever is invalid...stupid
