Max

I'm trying to sign into Max and it keeps saying that I no longer have a subscription.  I contacted Max and they said that it expired on Dec 26th, but its included in my plan and i made no changes to my plan and have confirmed that it is listed as a feature of my plan.  Max customer care told me to go to my att account and click on the hbo max activate tile, but there is not one on my account.
