Max not working with our ATT account

We  never been able to connect to Max despite notices that our account provides access

Thank you for bringing this to our notice, I grasp the situation that you are facing right now, let us work together to find the correct results


Here are some troubleshooting steps we recommend: 

If Max isn't working as expected after you sign in:


.  Use another device to check your internet connection
.  Turn your device off and back on
.   Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Max app
.   Delete the Max app from your device and reinstall it
