Is there any way to access call/text logs once the account has been suspended/cancelled?
My husband and I are getting divorced and I need to get a copy of the call/text logs from our old phone service to show that he was texting and calling low end escorts and soliciting them our whole marriage. He stopped paying the bill and it got suspended. I really need to be able to prove it and he deleted every screenshot I had of the call/text logs.

Having been through divorce, unless you have a prenup with a cheating clause, it will not matter.
Doesn't effect child support or alimony or your right to divorce him. Courts see it as a symptom of a bad marriage. As the records are in his name, your attorney will have to request with subpoena
