INCORRECT INFORMATION... consistently
Pre-Paid ... DALE Refused to give ID# phone conversation complete at 19:08 PST
Misinformation, unknowledgable, arrogant, interrupting, and blocked me from talking to a more senior person. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ISSUE RESOLVED...
i'M OVERSEAS AND TRYING TO CALL MY VOICEMAIL FROM A LANDLINE.
WHEN I CALL MY OWN NUMBER, I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE - NO VOICEMAIL.
This "Dale" would not stop telling me to do it from my cellphone
My cellphone service is not available outside the US - it doesn't even connect
ARROGANT!!
Time to switch providers?

If you are a prepaid customer you have no access and cannot manage your Account from “overseas”. Using a landline is possible from Canada and Mexico.
You can reach your voicemail from your cellphone in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Sorry, but Dale was correct.
