Hbo max and changes to my account

*edited to add that I was finally able to login to hbo max through my att watch thanks for making this a circus, I will see in 5 days if the billing issue is true when I receive my new bill* So since the 27th I have tried to access the hbo max that is included with my unlimited elite plan(the reason I switched plans in April). Three chat sessions later I’m still not able to access it and to top it off I got an email after the last session that says they changed my plan to the elite plan and added a bunch of charges for my next month bill and my monthly bill would be raised almost $50. I’m about to cancel my service if this continues. I can not reach a chat agent and when I call on the phone I’m told wait times are too high call later. So maybe someone here can help, please?
