When I try to upgrade a device I get this message....

F907 : A temporary problem keeps us from displaying available features for your account. Please wait a while, and try again. Call us at 800.331.0500 or 611 from your wireless device.(F907)

When I try to call the number, it disconnects

Hi @hollymya! Let's address the error you are receiving when trying to upgrade your device online!

 

Please let us know if you are using the myAT&T App or accessing your account online. If the myAT&T app is being used, reinstall the application to make sure the latest version of the app is being used. Upgrading online? Clear your cache on your browser settings and try switching browser to reset your online access.
