Email and Paper mail discrepancy
This is about the data breach notices.
In the email, it specifically says we need to enroll in the IdentityWorks ourselves with the code and that AT&T is only paying for 1 year.
In the paper mail, it doesn’t clearly say AT&T is only paying for 1 year. And even though the code is also on the paper mail, on the bottom of the page, it says, “does not require any action on your part at this time.”?
I do see that on the same bottom of the page it says briefly that Identity Restoration support is available for 1 year but it doesn’t specifically say AT&T is only paying for 1 year where it can be seen boldly in the front like in the email. It can be easy to overlook in the paper mail.
