Customer service not answering phone

I have several issues I am unable to resolve. 1) How much will it cost to get a landline installed? 2) since DirectTv won't schedule an appointment for installation at my new home, could you provide my phone discount for adding another service (like a landline or Internet)? (I'm going to have to drop DirectTv) 3) I need the landline anyway, since AT&T drops all my calls at my new address 4) thanks if you can help: I HATE the useless automated answering services that waste my time, don't answer any of my questions, and won't connect me to a real person, or a person who can solve problems

I have been on the phone and chat waiting to talk to someone over 2hrs and just paid an almost $300 phone bill this (Edited per community guidelines)

If Att gave me 60 days of service why did they charge me.this month?

@Bond 60 days of free service? what service? they are not shutting off service for 3 months for not paying and waiving late fees but you still have to make up those payments, now if your taalking about first net then they are giving 3 months of free service
