Cracked back and front still funtional

The new advantage protect for plan changed 01/24/24 where front and back Crack is $0 repair. I tried to file a claim but it was advised both cannot be cracked at the same time . Phone is still functional only has cracked. Nowhere in the policy it states that it had to be 1 of the 2 and no both at the same time. Now I'm being asked to pay $275 deductible for a iPhone 11
