Can't pick my premium channel

Upgraded my plan several months ago to include a premium channel, but every time I try choose HBO I can't get past the https://attwatchtv.com/verify page where I'm suppose to text a random word to 2884. I send the text and nothing ever happens. Tried calling support a few months ago, was on the phone with them for over an hour, and nothing was fixed.

PLEASE HELP!

If you have already downloaded the HBO app, delete ot and start over. You must set up yor watch TV account first. Follow instructions exactly!

HBO® is included with AT&T Unlimited Elite and can be streamed for no extra charge using the HBO GO app. Here’s how to get started:

After you complete your AT&T Unlimited Elite purchase, follow the instructions below to sign up and begin streaming:

1. Log into your wireless account at www.att.com/myatt with your AT&T User ID and password or create an AT&T User ID by entering a valid email address and password.

2. Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy for WatchTV. ⬅️

3. Once you're done signing up, download HBO GO from your app store, log in with your AT&T User ID and start streaming.

For customers who have residential DIRECTV, U-Verse TV or AT&T TV NOW (excluding AT&T TV), HBO will also be added on that TV platform. May be billed and then credited on that TV platform within 2 bills.
