Can't change to Value Plus plan online

I"m trying to change my plan from Mobile Share 9GB to Value Plus online, and when I go to manage my wireless--> Change my plan the only option it is showing for "Other Plans" besides Unlimited is the Mobile Share 4GB which I do not want. Where is the option to select the Value Plus plan?

The Value plus is not retired, it's very new.

You must be a single line, phone only. If you still can't select it, call AT&T.

⚠️ the Value Plus plan is not eligible for any of the phone promotions. If you are switching to unlimited to take advantage of the trade-in deal, the minimum plan is the starter Unlimited.

I had to buy a new phone outright when I broke my old one so I don't have any promotions or credits (unless being on installment plan is considered a promotion - I was unable to trade my old phone in). I saw the option online when exploring plans (like pictured in your screenshot), but once logged into my account the Value Plus option was not available - only all the unlimited plans and the 4GB Mobile Share plan. I will give them a call - I know they are able to switch me to the Value Plus over the phone, because they did it before after switching me from my 9GB Mobile Share to Unlimited Elite (without my knowledge or consent) when I purchased the new phone. I had to call to get it switched back to my old plan but of course since it is retired, it was a whole ordeal so they switched me to the Value Plus in the meantime while that was figured out. Now that they figured it out and got me back to the 9GB plan, I think the Value Plus is actually a better option. I was just trying to avoid calling but I think it's my only option now. Thanks.

As @formerlyknownas mentioned the Unlimited Value Plus Plan is one of our newest plans and it's for single line accounts only.

Is your line the only line on your account? Sharing this will help us confirm your eligibility.
If you are eligible, we recommend changing your method of signing in to complete your request. (If you're using the app try logging in from a web browser and vice versa.)
- AT&T Value Plus plan is located under View other data plans page of the rate plan selection portion of Bundle Builder (to the left of the 4GB plan).

ELIGIBILITY:

Not eligible for most device promotions.
Does not qualify for the Tiered Promotion or the Premium Trade-In Promotion.
Not eligible for ANY Signature MRC discounts or Cross-Sell rate plan discounts. This includes
Teachers, Nurses & Physicians Appreciation offers, Military, FRAO, IRU, AT&T Internet Customers 25% Off Unlimited Plan.
Value Plus plan is eligible for Signature fee waivers and accessory discounts, if available.
Accessory Installment Plan (AIP) is available for eligible customers on qualifying accessory purchases.
